services for adults and children living with hemophilia. We distribute coagulation factor and
ancillary products for the self-infusion and treatment of Hemophilia patients in their homes. We

Monitoring of Clinical Outcome
Home Solutions outcomes benchmarking report is designed to improve the effectiveness and
value of our infusion therapy services. The following six indicators are utilized:
- Unscheduled hospitalization
- Central line catheter infections
- Medication errors
- PICC catheter infections
- Unscheduled therapy visits
- Unscheduled deliver
A chart is available upon request.
Effectiveness of our therapies is measured by the amount of improvement seen in the patient.
