Frank Vaul - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Vaul is the Chief Financial Officer of Home Solutions.  During his tenure, the company’s revenue has grown significantly.  Annual growth has been supported by his implementing favorable working capital arrangements, effective revenue cycle management, efficient resource utilization, and strategic initiatives.  His most significant contributions have been effectively managing the rapid growth through the introduction and optimization of management tools, policies and controls.  As a result of these contributions, the company has been able to maximize revenue growth while maintaining a double digit operating margin.
His 27 years of healthcare experience uniquely qualify him to deal successfully with administrative and clinical professionals, as well as patients. 

Additionally, his awareness and understanding of regulatory matters and payer requirements have proven valuable to the company.  With continual changes in the policies related to home infusion regulations and contract terms, Mr. Vaul’s ability to anticipate and evaluate the impact of changes and develop plans for the most appropriate action has been critical to ensure continued success and growth of the company.

Prior to joining Home Solutions Mr. Vaul spent approximately 20 years working in hospital finance and operations at NJ based community hospitals.  During his career, he has had responsibility for managing budgets in excess of $160 million, major information system implementations, and cost/benefit evaluations of multimillion-dollar capital investments, merger documentation and management.

Mr. Vaul holds an undergraduate degree in Science Administration and an MBA from Widener University.  His is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
