Online Referral System

Home Solutions can be contacted in a variety of methods in order to make a referral. Whichever method you choose, telephone, fax or online, our staff strives to facilitate a complete and expeditious referral process.

The online referral form can be used to submit a referral directly to our intake department or as a template to be faxed. Simply go to www.InfusionReferral.com and click on First Time User. Select your nearest branch and fill out the registration form.

Just log in to submit a referral. You will automatically receive confirmation that Home Solutions received your referral. Home Solutions will send you an automatic confirmation e-mail upon the completion of the referral.
