The mission of the Home Solutions Nutritional Support Team is to provide a collaborative nutritional evaluation which results in optimal nutritional intake of patients receiving Enteral and Parenteral feedings to help them lead fuller; richer.
Responsibilities of the Team:
To evaluate current research to increase knowledge about clinical nutrition metabolism
Review lab work specific to the patients disease state
To provide treatment recommendation to the patients ordering physician
Review and continually update the patients plan of care
The Nutritional Team consists of:
